James Dussich

Growing up on Long Island, New York, James Dussich developed a passion for lacrosse that shaped both his athletic career and leadership style. A standout midfielder at Manhasset High School, James earned All County honors and was named MVP of the Nassau County Championship Game.

James continued his career at Hobart and William Smith Colleges, where he played Division I lacrosse for the nationally respected Hobart Statesmen program. Known for his toughness, work ethic, and commitment to team culture, he earned the Statesmen Athletic Association’s Most Improved Player Award during his senior year.

Today, James serves as Founder and Head Coach of Nashville Lacrosse Academy, where he is committed to helping young athletes build confidence, discipline, and a genuine love for the game through high energy, fundamentals driven coaching.
